60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Duori order is covered by a 60-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund.
Our 60-Day Guarantee
We stand behind every Duori product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — whether the formula isn't working for you, you changed your mind, or anything else — you are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.
The 60-day window begins on the date your order was placed, regardless of the delivery date. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund. We trust you.
The guarantee applies to a maximum of one order per customer per product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:
Contact us by email
Email hello@duoripatches.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number.
We confirm your eligibility
Our team will verify your order and confirm that it falls within the 60-day window. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.
Refund is processed
Once confirmed, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
💬 You do not need to return the product to receive your refund. Simply contact us within 60 days of your order date.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor.
If you paid via:
- Credit or debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3–5 business days to your PayPal balance
- Shop Pay / Affirm / other BNPL: Please contact the payment provider for their refund timeline
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated on our end. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@duoripatches.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- One or two photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Damaged-item claims do not count against the 60-day guarantee limit.
Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different Duori product, the easiest path is:
- Request a refund for the original order (within 60 days)
- Place a new order for the product you'd like

Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription through our Shopify store, you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard at shop.duoripatches.com/account. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Subscription orders are eligible for the same 60-day money-back guarantee as one-time purchases. Contact us within 60 days of each specific order date to request a refund for that shipment.
