The Site is a marketing and informational website. All product purchases are processed through our Shopify store at duoripatches.com. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. We endeavor to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect actual product colors.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Order acceptance and the formation of the contract between you and Duori occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. We do not store your full credit card information.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and return information is governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review those policies carefully before placing an order.

6. Health & Product Disclaimer

Duori products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness support. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Duori products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

DUORI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUORI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY DUORI PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT WILL DUORI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DUORI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Duori's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Duori LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Miami, Florida. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email or in-site notification).
