🚚 Free shipping on all orders over $30. Standard delivery in 5–7 business days across the contiguous United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
US Domestic Shipping
Duori ships to all 50 US states and territories. Estimated delivery times are counted in business days from the date your order ships (not the date the order was placed).

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30.00 or more, before taxes. The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal before any discounts are applied.
Free shipping is available for deliveries within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly through our Shopify store at duoripatches.com.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@duoripatches.com.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Duori ships only within the United States. We do not currently ship to international addresses, including Canada, Mexico, or other countries. We are working to expand our shipping destinations — follow us for updates.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or mail forwarding services. Please ensure a valid residential or commercial address is provided at checkout to avoid delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Duori is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made by the carrier. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Check all doors, mailboxes, and any secure package areas
- Wait 24 hours — occasionally packages are marked as delivered before they arrive
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
If your package remains missing after completing the above steps, contact us at hello@duoripatches.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Holiday Delays
During peak holiday shipping periods (typically November through January), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high carrier volumes. We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks before any holiday to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
